The actual name of the airport located in the Finnish capital city is Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The airport is located at a distance of almost 18 km in the northern region of Helsinki. The airport was been constructed for the Olympic Games which were held in the city in the year 1952 and is known as one of the most excellent airports all across Europe. There are only 2 terminals in the airport one is reserved for the domestic flights (T1) whereas the other one is reserved for international flights (T2). T2 was updated as well as expanded in the year 2004, with the development of the airport, as well as the shopping area, amongst various other utilities, which were enlarged.
